All orders are normally shipped FOB factory within three working days of receipt of your order. Please resolve any shipping damage with the carrier. For Customer Service, email us, or call our live operator from 9 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday. For those rare exceptions, Georgia Harod (Director) is in charge of any complaints. Please email her and include your phone number and the nature of your problem for a prompt response.
